What makes Gold different?
Genuine full-spectrum hemp extract
A CBD isolate consists mainly of purified cannabidiol. The standard Gold formula is structured differently: 100% full-spectrum hemp extract is processed in hemp seed oil. Through a special production process, we make Gold for cats without terpenes. We use this formulation in both cat variants: CBD with wild Alaskan salmon oil and CBD with organic C8-MCT.
This possible collaboration between CBD, terpenes and other compounds is called the entourage effect. This concerns the total profile of the formula; absorption through the digestive system is mainly supported by feeding the oil with a small fat-containing snack.

Hemp seed oil
The carrier oil is made from hemp seeds. Hemp seed oil itself is not a CBD extract; for Gold, 100% full-spectrum hemp extract is added.
Terpenes
Terpenes are aromatic compounds and are part of the broader profile of standard Gold. The special Gold cat formula contains no terpenes. The possible collaboration with cannabinoids is called the entourage effect.

We use this formulation in both cat variants: CBD with wild Alaskan salmon oil and CBD with organic C8-MCT. This cat formula is available with wild Alaskan salmon oil and with 100% pure C8-MCT oil from organic coconuts. For a cat, choose a product that has been explicitly developed for cats.
This difference shows why we do not sell one universal bottle for all animals.

The milligram number is the total amount of CBD in the bottle. A higher number does not automatically mean a better product. Always start with the correct animal group and then compare body weight, product concentration and usage information.

Is Gold the same as hemp seed oil?
No. Hemp seed oil is the carrier oil of standard Gold. That formula also contains 100% full-spectrum hemp extract with the broader natural plant profile.

The formulation is produced by Cannabidiol Company at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and linked per product batch to the CBD batch used.
