2. What data do we process?

Depending on how you use our services, we may process, among other things, name, address, email address, telephone number, order details, payment status, correspondence, return information, IP address and technical data about website use.

Do not send medical records or other special personal data. If you share information about the health of an animal on your own initiative, we will only use it to understand your question and we recommend that you contact a veterinarian if you have medical questions.

3. Why do we process this data?

• To process an order, enable payment and deliver products.
• To make a shop account, order updates, Track & Trace information and order history available.
• To handle questions, complaints, returns and warranty cases.
• To ensure that the website and webshop work safely and technically well.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and protect our rights.
• To comply with tax, administrative and other legal obligations.

We do not send newsletters and do not use a shop account for marketing emails.

4. Principles

We process personal data when this is necessary for the execution of an agreement, to comply with a legal obligation, on the basis of a legitimate interest such as security and fraud prevention, or on the basis of consent. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

5. Who do we share data with?

We do not sell personal data. For the performance of our services, data may be shared with parties that provide the webshop, hosting, payments, e-mail, administration or package delivery. They only receive data that is necessary for their task. Data may also be provided when required by law or a competent authority.

6. Transfer outside the EEA

Some technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When this happens, we use the appropriate safeguards available under privacy legislation. The specific service providers and settings must be technically checked when the final webshop is put into use.

7. How long do we keep data?

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Administration and invoice data are kept for as long as tax legislation requires this. Correspondence, account and order data will be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed, unless a dispute, warranty, security interest or legal retention obligation makes a longer period necessary.

8. Cookies and technical data

The website and webshop can use functional cookies for, for example, a shopping cart, session or security. Limited analytical or other cookies are only used in accordance with the applicable rules. Prior consent is required for non-necessary tracking cookies. Which cookies are actually placed must be checked during the final technical setup.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access and unlawful use. No digital transfer or storage is completely without risk.

10. Your Privacy Rights

You can, as applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or objection to processing. You can also withdraw consent. Send your request via WhatsApp. To prevent abuse, we may ask you to confirm your identity appropriately.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

11. Third Party Websites

This privacy policy does not apply to external websites to which we link. Read the privacy policy of the relevant provider there.

12. Changes

We may adjust this privacy policy if our services or legislation changes. The current version is on this page.
